MEGAFON – one of Denmark's first ISO-certified research institutes |
As one of Denmark’s first research institutes MEGAFON has now conformed to the ISO 20252-standard. This certification is based on international standards, which define market research specific minimum requirements for research institutes.
In practice, this means that MEGAFON has defined procedures for everything concerning:

Our quality policy, goals and plans

Distribution of responsibility and competence

The most important working procedures

The handling of criticism and mistakes
-
The management of documents, clients, respondents etc.
In just one and a half months MEGAFON had conformed to the ISO 20252-standard and the certification has not caused any essential changes in MEGAFON’s working procedures. In short, before the certification our working procedures were already characterized by systematism, homogeneity and continuous quality assurance. Likewise, we were before the certification able to document our high standards as MEGAFON has been Denmark’s most accurate research institute during the six latest referendums.

MEGAFON has primarily chosen to subscribe to the certification in order to contribute to transparency in this business.
