Establish your own panel and get in direct contact with your target group

Uncover the opinions and expectations of your customers or members easily and at a low cost. MEGAFON has many years’ experience and expertise in establishing and running panels for organizations as well as private companies. We ensure that your panel is updated so the surveys and the results are useful in your daily work.

What can a panel do for you? With a panel, you can quickly and easily collect information from the panel’s members. In many cases, a panel is also an effective way of establishing and maintaining a dialogue. Surveys are inexpensively carried out and reported.

Examples of panels:

- Customer panels, where companies and firms effectively can gain an insight into the customer’s preferences and behavior in the market.

- Member panels, where organizations and associations easily can obtain knowledge about the members’ opinions, attitudes and wishes about the organization’s work.

- Citizen panels, where a municipality or administration quickly and easily can hear the citizens, evaluate efforts or measure the degree of satisfaction.

How is the panel established?MEGAFON is present throughout the entire process of establishing the panel. MEGAFON makes sure that the panel is composed so the surveys are representative for the entire target group.

Who will be part of the panel? There are different ways of recruiting panel members. MEGAFON has solid experience with recruitment and secures that your panel meets whatever needs you may have.

Representativity: Your panel does not necessarily have to reflect your target group completely in terms of representativity. The key issue is that the surveys carried out within the panel are representative. MEGAFON can weigh your panel so surveys can be carried out representatively.

Size: MEGAFON recommends that the panel consists of at least 1.000 respondents who can participate in the regular panel surveys. It is thereby secured that you can obtain valid results even after segmenting the data on different variables like age groups and gender.
