Mystery shopping

Mystery shopping is a method more often known as "test visit", where an interviewer acts like a customer or service user and makes observations about his experience with your company. This can give a purchaser of analysis an in depth understanding about how your customers are met, when they do business with your company. Mystery shopping can be made in shops, at web-sites and through telephone contact etc.

The interviewer from MEGAFON can be an actor and is instructed in what behaviour and manners to be shown. In this way you can examine how your employees and your company as such is managing different situations and you can judge whether this is in accordance with your expectations and whether the shop is presenting itself as you would expect.

The following areas could be investigated by a mystery shopper:

  • Spontaneous impression of the shop
  • Other customers' behaviour
  • Waiting time
  • Appearance of goods
  • Work of staff
  • Problem management
  • Etc.

We will observe the deepest secrecy while we carry out mystery shopping.
