Members' satisfaction

The purpose of a membership investigation is to gain information on the members relations to the club or organization that they are members of. A membership investigation can typically uncover and expose relations like the members satisfaction status, needs, expectations and involvement.

An investigation among the members can answer questions like:

  • How do the members experience the service level?
  • What are the members needs end expectations towards the organization?
  • How do the members valuate the organizations professional competence?
  • What relations according to the service or organizations professional competence is wished improved?
